LOVE YOURSELF: BODY APPRECIATION


Nowadays women are expected to have this perfect thin body with no flaws. All thanks to TV and what's in the magazines. I personal hate it! It's not setting REAL expectations for women. Some women become insecure and start going through depression because of what we are "supposed" to look like. All women should love and embrace their body that they have.

Lets be REAL right now. Women come in all different sizes and there is nothing wrong with that. Yes, we should all be healthy but that can be done by loving and taking care of yourself. Self-appreciation is the best kind of appreciation! You should still feel good about yourself if you have cellulite, differing pigmentation, rolls, scars, and stretch marks. Having all of those things or other things may cause you to not feel beautiful or attractive but I'm here to let you know that you are still beautiful. Embrace every inch of your body! I know building yourself up is hard but you can take small steps like I did to help with that.

  2. Do NOT compare yourself to other people
  3. Do NOT try to be perfect
  4. Focus on the things you can change
  5. Set small goals & celebrate when reaching them
  6. ALWAYS keep a positive circle of people around you
